Now you have read about the business and the services we provide to our new and old satisfied customers I am sure there are a few questions you may want answered. I hope this page helps you answer them!

01 - How often will you visit my garden for regular maintenance?

This really does depend on the customers preference. Most customers enjoy a weekly maintenance service, however some only require a fortnightly visit. When we visit you for your free no obligation quote we will advise whether a weekly or fortnightly visit will be suitable for you.

02 - Do I have to have a visit as regular as fortnightly?

No. We do strongly recommend that you do, however if you want us to just tidy up monthly or quarterly this is possible. Maybe your a keen gardener but cant cope with doing everything and need a helping hand from time to time.

03 - Do you need a power point?

Nine times out of ten no as all tools are petrol powered, many of our customers are at work when we go so petrol tools are a necessity for us. The only time we need power is if you was to have your patio or driveway jet washed.

04 - How do I pay you if I am out when you call?

If it is a one off and you are normally in payment on the next visit will be fine. If you will always be out every time we call a cheque in the post will be perfect.

05 - Do I have to pay a cancellation fee?

No, as long as 24 hours notice is given. If 24 hours notice is not given the full fee will apply. Exceptions are made for adverse weather conditions and extenuating circumstances.
